T-12 · Architectural
Full architectural Revit models covering floor plans, elevations, sections, and building envelope assemblies, built from design-development sketches through construction documentation. We model wall types, door and window families, and finish schedules with real parametric intelligence, not dumb 3D geometry, so downstream teams can pull accurate quantities and schedules directly from the model. Delivered at LOD 200-350 depending on project phase, with design-intent detailing that holds up through DD, CD, and permit review.
T-11 · Structural
Structural Revit and Tekla models covering steel framing, concrete elements, foundations, and connection detailing coordinated directly with the engineer of record's calculations. We model to LOD 300-400 for construction-level accuracy, extract structural shop drawings straight from the model when needed, and flag geometry conflicts with architectural and MEP systems before they reach the fabrication stage - a step that matters most on Alabama's fast-track industrial and data-center schedules.
T-10 · MEP
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing BIM models covering ductwork, piping, conduit routing, and fire protection systems, built with real equipment families and routed to match manufacturer clearances. We coordinate MEP against structural and architectural geometry throughout modeling rather than at the end, catching ceiling-height and shaft conflicts early. Models are delivered ready for spool and fabrication drawing extraction, matching the level of detail Alabama mechanical and electrical subcontractors expect on bid.
T-09 · Coordination
Multi-discipline clash detection run in Navisworks or Revizto across federated architectural, structural, and MEP models, producing prioritized conflict reports your design team can act on. We categorize clashes by severity and trade, track resolution status meeting to meeting, and issue a clean, coordinated model before it ever reaches the field. This service is used heavily on Alabama data-center and manufacturing projects where dozens of trades are modeling in parallel on compressed schedules.

T-08 · Reality Capture
Existing-condition BIM models built from laser-scan point cloud data, capturing accurate as-built geometry for renovation, addition, and adaptive-reuse projects. We register and clean the point cloud, then model architectural, structural, and MEP elements directly against captured geometry so the resulting Revit model reflects what's actually in the building - not what the original drawings said should be there. T-07 · Conversion
Conversion of 2D AutoCAD, PDF, or legacy paper drawings into fully parametric 3D BIM models, giving older projects the coordination and scheduling capability a flat drawing set can't provide. Custom parametric Revit families for equipment, fixtures, and manufacturer-specific products that aren't available in standard content libraries.
