SVC 01
Full architectural Revit models covering floor plans, elevations, sections, wall assemblies and finish schedules, built to the LOD your design phase requires. Models are coordinated against the architect of record's design intent and checked against the Illinois Accessibility Code and any local amendments governing your project's jurisdiction, giving your team a model that supports design development, permitting and construction documentation without conflicting geometry between phases.

Structural steel, concrete and precast BIM models built in Revit Structure or Tekla, including framing, connections, foundations and reinforcement, coordinated with the structural engineer of record's design and the governing wind and seismic provisions for your Illinois jurisdiction. Models are built at fabrication-ready LOD when required, so structural steel and precast fabricators can move from coordinated model directly into shop drawing production.

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing BIM models covering ductwork, piping, conduit routing and equipment placement, coordinated against architectural and structural models to flag ceiling-space and shaft conflicts early. Models are checked against the National Electrical Code and Illinois Plumbing Code, giving mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors a coordinated model rather than three separately modeled trades that clash once construction starts.

Federated architectural, structural and MEP models combined in Navisworks to identify and resolve clashes before construction begins.
